In case of a data breach originating from Pridesports, we will promptly notify affected users (clients and academies) and take immediate corrective measures.
Payments for services occur directly between clients and service providers (sports academies). Pridesports serves only as a platform and does not store payment details. We are not responsible for disputes or issues related to payments between clients and academies.
By using this website, you agree that the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws, will govern these T&Cs and any disputes that may arise.
Any dispute related to your use of this website or the services provided by us shall be governed by the courts of India, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify Pridesports and hold us harmless against legal claims or demands arising from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
